Brighton Village: Nickelsville Resumes Work Thanks to Community Support!

We're pleased to report that we received word yesterday that the City of Seattle's Human Services Department has given Nickelsville the go-ahead to resume work on the Brighton Village site! We'd like to thank the many friends and allies who signed our petitions, made phone calls and sent emails to the city on our behalf. If all goes well, we'll soon be able to provide safe, empowering shelter for a few of our brothers and sisters sleeping outside.
